The lights are falling
The moon is full
Black figure stands in trees
It's the Prophet of doom
Eyes glitter in the dark
These trees are flushed with spark
The reason he came tonight
He's playing with your mind
He is the woods
The fingers roots
Image from mists
Known for decades
Red vines his veins with sharp black leaves
Got you enswathed
dragging to his cave. Grave!
The prophet or the wizard
It's up to you
This place is home of druids
All tales and myths are true
Here's hundred candles burning
He's doomsday priest
Life sacrificed in mountains

This album is an absolute banger. The riffs are especially groovy this time, the vocals are amazing, and the overall thing is supercatchy. If I'd have to list one downside, it's that the mix is so bass-heavy that the sound only truely comes into it's right when listened on good headphones or extremely good speakers. On anything less it can sound like the bass drowns the rest of the music out. 9/10 Buzzario

A great live capture of a band that exemplifies the best of stoner, doom, and psychedelic rock in the current age: all in one package. Picking a favourite song is hard because each song succeeds in nominating itself. I lean toward Enter the Zigurat, though. The production and mix are studio quality. Very clear & balanced. The band sound great live, too. Long jams to get lost in; great guitar, great vocals. Each instrument complements the others. No overshadowing. Thanks, ST! 8.5+/10. Alrihkh
Combining crooned murder ballads with raw, angsty hard rock hooks, Melbourne's The Ugly Kings are a wrecking crew well worth watching. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 15, 2021
